It consists of five mixers in addition to many accessories and operates in a continuous production manner. The discharge and packaging process is fast and without interruption. There are more than seven types of flintcoat according to American specifications, but three types are most commonly used in Iraq, with the second type being the most widely used. The emulsification process involves quickly dispersing bitumen particles using specially designed equipment, certain conditions, and auxiliary materials, and introducing water particles through a complex and lengthy process, unlike the mastic process which involves mixing materials together.

There are completely different types of mixers in design and emulsification method. The main materials used in production are: (bitumen with specific viscosity, density, and penetration grade + solvents + hot water + bentonite + emulsifier + anti-fungal agent + anti-settling and anti-separation agent + other materials according to the required specification).
