Introduction
UR Company was established in 1986 with good financial and technical capabilities, and it is entirely different from other artisanal factories. It cannot be compared or subjected to the same need estimation rules and regulations as these factories, whose products are not subject to periodic inspection by the Standardization and Quality Control Authority due to their limited capabilities and production.

Products and Machinery
One of the main factors that affect the increase or decrease of production capacity is: (the time required to introduce the raw materials into the mixer in order + the mixing time + the time required for discharge and packaging). All these periods have been minimized to the shortest possible time, as certified by the Directorate of Organization and Public Assistance and documented reports of inspection committees in the Ministry of Oil.
The company’s machinery consists of continuous and integrated production lines that are engineered and studied technically and economically compared to other artisanal factories. The production is continuous and not based on batch mixing systems. The process of feeding raw materials and discharging the product is done by pumps and a network of pipes, and the product is immediately transferred to the packaging line to ensure continuous production and avoid delaying production mixers due to the time required for discharge into packaging.
The hot bituminous mastic (mastic joint) production line consists of four foreign machines with all accessories, with a capacity of 1 ton/hour, and operates in a continuous sequence. The product discharge process is fast and is accomplished by hydraulically lifting the rear of the mixer to speed up the discharge. Note that the larger the mixer size, the greater the production requirements and the harder it is to control the quality. There are two types of mastic: hot use and cold use. The materials for producing successful hot mastic in tests are: (bitumen with suitable penetration grade + filler with a specific fineness + rubber + binding materials + plasticizers + viscosity increasing materials). The proportions vary according to the usage needs (for horizontal or vertical surfaces, bridges, or airports). Some airport mastic materials differ, and factors affecting production quality include the horsepower of the engine, mixing speed, and the shape of the mixing equipment inside the mixer.
